Mr Wolinski - Ceramics

Mr wolinski has been working with Beever primary year 5 & 6 on the theme of identity.

The work is based on animal simile's,
simile ( figure of speech in which one thing is compared to another), eg Skin of a rhino, swim like a fish etc. to describe people.

The children were working with clay to create reliefs and tiles, they have worked into the clay with textures, rubbings and words rebated. The clay will be fired and the pupils will work into their peices with wax resist and black ink.
